to connect deeply enough to exchange energy,

    Integration without defined forms = fusion.

  2. Design explicit protocols.
    Clarity beats empathy in system design.

  3. Establish feedback at multiple timescales.
    Real-time + delayed signals = stability.

  4. Protect asymmetry.
    Perfect balance kills movement.

  5. Regularly re-separate.
    Every integration needs renewal through partial detachment.

True integration is recursive:
it must continuously integrate its own instability.
